Our President has several years in the real estate, mortgage, credit, and property management industry, just to name a few. He has developed relationships with over 150 national lenders. Some of his expertise is in finding programs for buyers, ordering appraisals, ordering title work, setting up property inspections, checking county records, reviewing plat drawings, verifying income, expenses, and job history for potential buyers, completing contracts, submitting offers, negotiating short sales, preventing foreclosures, managing rental properties, collecting rent, ordering background checks, filing evictions for court, filing writ of recovery court forms, managing payroll, corporate taxes, keep organized current reporting procedures, meet federal and state license and bonding requirements, create quality control procedures, create compliance procedures for both state and federal banking industries, attend continuing education and implement education processes for employees, set up and network computers for offices, set up servers, email accounts, web pages, phone system programming and set up, security systems and theft control processes along with file management and secure clients vital records. Other credentials include coordinating advertising in all national and local directories, creating product branding strategies and promotional growth strategies, fix and repair credit reports and secure compliance of national credit reporting agencies with utilization of laws such as the FACT act and the ECOA act, start and form corporations in other states to grow our company by filing foreign corporation documents, publishing by- laws and attendingeducational requirements of those states, along with passing business and real estate exams, holding annual meetings, filing stock shares forms.
